Matt Pearson

Matt has been working in the accounting profession since 2001. During that time he has worked in business and taxation advice for small to medium businesses and medium to high net worth individuals specialising in the sports and entertainment industries.

Matt has held CFO roles in property development and has a wealth of experience in property transactions, new business structuring and general taxation and GST advice.

Matt is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent.

Steve Keefe

Steve has had 10 yrs experience working for one of the Largest Banks in Australia. During that time he held senior positions in both Business & Commercial Banking, managing a portfolio of Business customers from a wide variety of Industry; including:

Wholesale Trade & Manufacturing
Importers/Exporters
Retail
Restaurants
Property Developers/Investors
Construction Companies
Business Services such as Accountants, Recruitment, Solicitors and Financial Planning Firms
Commercial Printers
Transport/Logistics

Typically these businesses had revenue from $2-$50million and debt from $500-$20million trading both domestically and internationally.

Steve is passionate about SME and wants to help as many businesses and business owners realise their full potential, whether that be from sound advices, restructuring of existing debt, and raising capital for growth.
